Many of my clients are suffering when they first come to me. They have tried to manage things themselves, some even have tried therapy before, and nothing seems to have worked.

As your therapist, I first seek to understand your pain and the experiences that have brought you to therapy. Together, we work to make peace with your past while gaining tools to empower you to heal from old wounds, feel in control of your emotions, and become more confident about your future.

I believe healing is 100% possible and have been privileged to witness this first-hand in those who never thought it was possible for them.
